Phone TROUBLE!

Dear friends of GRuB – there was a power outage in our neighborhood Thursday night and it seems to have thrown our phone system out of whack! Due to the holiday weekend we may not be able to get it fixed until early next week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in trying to get in touch with us. In the meantime, feel free to email grub@goodgrub.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks!

Welcome to GRuB!

We post current announcements on this page.  You can learn more about our programs by following the links on the navigation bar above.

Thanks so much for the positive response to our recent story on King 5 News!  To save you a little time as you look into getting a garden of your own, we want to clarify that we currently build gardens in Thurston & Mason counties only and are now adding names to our 2010 waiting list.  Time permitting, we're happy to provide links to resources for other communities if available (just a few are listed below).  In the meantime, please take a look at our how-to page for building your own, you can do it!!

If you've been thinking about creating a little food security for yourself in these trying economic times, take a look at these instructions on how you can do it yourself, the Kitchen Garden Project way!

You can view the video here. You can also find out how to build your own backyard garden, or help support the Kitchen Garden Project.
