Medicinal mushrooms have many health benefits to offer, particularly for immunity. This class will focus on basic cultivation, preparation, and clinical use of key medicinal mushrooms, including reishi, turkey tail, lion's mane, and maitake. Participants will receive instructions for growing and preparing medicinal mushrooms, recipes, and a basic working knowledge of how to use them for personal and family health.
