In this interactive 2-day workshop, you will gain skills in plant identification and explore food, medicine, traditional technologies, and social-emotional teachings related to trees. Learn to make tree-inspired recipes including a respiratory steam, forest bathing salts, and tree lip balm. Participants will receive a curriculum that is adaptable for young kids through adults with lesson plans, an identification key, tree matching cards, Salish stories, and recipes.
