Celebrate spring equinox by foraging spring wild plants on the GRuB farm and preparing a feast! We will make delicacies including nettle soup, wild greens salad, spring pesto, flower fritters, dandelion biscuits, and energizing drinks. Attune your body, mind, and spirit to the season of spring by embracing the gifts of the land. Participants will receive plant identification tips and recipes.
