Summer Workshop Series- Intro to Canning, Pickling & Fermenting

Our gardens often produce more than we are able to eat fresh. To prevent food waste and be able to enjoy your garden's harvest year round, think about preserving your produce and add months or even years to your food's lifespan! This workshop will cover the basics of various methods of food preservation, including canning, pickling, and fermenting. We will also look at the health costs and benefits. Co-hosted by GRuB's own Megumi Sugihara.
